developed the most potent herbal formula possible for addressing major
physiological and biomechanical concerns in a safe and natural manner.
Besides the proprietary process for producing
Sherpa Strength capsules, the scientific principles
involved have been thoroughly tested and proven over 5,000 years!
Sherpas are renowned in the mountaineering climbing community for their
strength and hardiness at high altitudes. Many have speculated that a
portion of a Sherpa's climbing ability may be due to a genetically greater
lung capacity, allowing extraordinary performance at high
altitudes. For
centuries, the rugged Sherpas of ancient India and Nepal have used various Ayurvedic herbs mixed
with milk, honey, and other nutrients to maintain the strength of a
"thousand oxen" required for walking along mountain paths at a
tremendous pace, always with a fifteen kilogram load on their back, climbing up
to six months per year!
Sherpa Strength is the safest and most
effective means for you to experience total rejuvenation of your physiological health.

Sherpa Strength contains the most potent herbal
concentrates available in Ayurvedic Science. When formulated in the
correct amounts and blend by our proprietary process, these concentrates
successfully contribute to protein synthesis, reduce free-radical damage to
the body, prevent over-mineralization of the joints, elevate growth hormone,
and deliver anti-proteolysis activity, thereby offering maximum internal
protection to your structural system. The destructive effect of
stomach acids on active herb ingredients has prevented the
introduction of this ancient wisdom in capsule form for centuries. The team
at India Herbs has solved this problem by developing a potentiating formula
in conjunction with natural absorption catalysts and bio-enhancing capsule-coating to prevent premature
degradation of key constituents.
Sherpa Strength nourishes and stimulates the
musculoskeletal and respiratory system to relieve the effects of muscle
protein catabolism (breakdown). It promotes muscle protein synthesis, by
activating Glutamine, a key link in muscle metabolism. Glutamine is the primary transporter of nitrogen into the
muscle cell and a key factor in muscle growth. Sherpa Strength controls the
"skeletal muscle / whole body glutamine gradient" which is critical in
maintaining and building muscle tissue. The higher the glutamine
levels, the slimmer the chance you have of falling into catabolism. Sherpa Strength's herbal extracts
also regulate anabolic growth hormone which controls the metabolic processes
(including protein synthesis) in almost all tissues throughout your
lifespan.
The active ingredients in Sherpa Strength help increase levels of nitric oxide, a key molecule that is produced
naturally by the body. Nitric oxide causes vasodilation which
increases blood flow and oxygen transport, delivers nutrients to skeletal
muscle, and reduces blood pressure. By increasing blood circulation,
your body's natural thermal energy is generated, promoting contractions of the
motor neurons, stimulating liver function, enhancing the production of collagen
in connective tissue, thereby enhancing the release of metabolic energy to "warm
the body" and create a vital energy epicenter in the body to support intense physical activity. By keeping a consistent level of
circulating energy, you are able to combat the catabolic effects of weight
training, harness the anabolic activity of increased glucose and amino acid
uptake, improve whole body nitrogen retention, and increase lean tissue
protein.
Simply
take one Sherpa Strength capsule two times per day to
maintain and intensify these effects on your body over time.
Sherpa Strength is a safe, proprietary selection of
special herbs renowned for their strengthening properties. Concentrated
Extracts of these herbs have been blended in a powerfully effective
combination to increase assimilation and effective potency of each
ingredient while eliminating unwanted side-effects. Gathered from
throughout India, they include:
●
Ashwagandha - Withania Somnifera (Ashwagandha)

Ashwagandha is easily the most potent herb in the entire botanical
kingdom. It has the ability to restore sexual drive, increase endurance, and
improve overall vitality while promoting a calm state of mind.
Ashwagandha is
an "adaptogenic" herb which nourishes nerves and improves nerve
function to help your body adapt to stress. Hormones (such as
adrenaline) produced during difficult times cause arteries to constrict,
keeping blood from the extremities and negatively impacting performance.
Ashwagandha brings the body back to equilibrium by
relaxing it when stressed and energizing it when fatigued. It
promotes the release of nitric oxide, a key molecule manufactured by the
body that causes vasodilation (an expansion of the internal diameter of
blood vessels), which in turn leads to increased blood flow, oxygen
transport, delivery of nutrients to skeletal muscle, and a reduction in
blood pressure. It also
strengthens the reproductive and respiratory systems while serving as a
powerful Medhya Rasayana (enhancing all aspects of mind
power). Ashwagandha has been used for thousands of year to treat
fatigue and impotence and to increase the body's core energy levels.
●
Vidari
- Pueraria
Tuberosa (Indian
Kudzu)

The root of this plant has alterative, stimulant properties which are
traditionally used to treat men who lack libido and
vitality. Concentrated levels
of Vidari's active constituents stimulate peripheral circulation to the extremities
resulting in a warming effect on muscle tissue and improved functioning of muscles.
Vidari also elicits the production of important anabolic growth hormones which
regulate the metabolic processes (including protein synthesis) in almost all
tissues throughout your lifespan. Growth hormones provoke several
anabolic actions on skeletal muscle: the uptake of glucose and amino acids,
activation of muscle protein synthesis, suppression of muscle protein
catabolism, and the utilization of body fat for energy.
●
Atmagupta -
Mucuna
Pruriens (Velvet Bean)

This rare herbal
extract from India contains high levels of naturally occurring L-Dopa. L-
Dopa contains natural secretions which support the body's ability to stimulate
the natural release of growth hormone. Research has discovered that the
body converts the amino acid tyrosine into L-dopa. L-dopa is then
converted into dopamine. Without the neurotransmitter dopamine to serve a
damping effect on neural transmissions, muscles become tense. L-Dopa is
one of the few substances that cross the blood brain barrier to convert into
dopamine. Dopamine is a very powerful neurotransmitter that stimulates the
hypothalamus and pituitary glands to release growth hormone and increased
testosterone levels. An increase in human growth hormone levels can
increase the body's ability to build lean muscle and break down fat. Atmagupta promotes lean muscle growth by increasing testosterone levels leading
to deposition of protein in the muscles and increased muscle mass and strength.
The blood carries the dopamine into the brain, where it naturally increases
human growth hormone production from the pituitary gland. The increased
dopamine levels also optimize the production of other hormones, including
testosterone, beneficial in stimulating muscle growth. Atmagupta can be a
very beneficial supplement for bodybuilders.
●
Shatavari - Asparagus Racemosus (Shatavari)

Shatavari provides nutrients which the body uses to manufacture bones, muscles,
ligaments, tendons, and skin. These nutrients counteract many of the
forces that rob the structural system of strength, flexibility under stress,
and the ability to replenish the blood supply. Shatavari contains an
antioxidant called racemofuran. It is recommended in Ayurvedic texts and
has been used successfully for prevention and treatment of nervousness via
increasing of serotonin levels. Serotonin is a major neurotransmitter in the
brain which when deficient can cause perturbance, irritability, mood swings,
and inability to feel stress-free. Adequate serotonin leads to
relaxation, a sense of contentment, and emotional calm. Shatavari helps
eliminate nervous tension and create a relaxed mood.
●
Yashtimadhu - Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice)

In the Ayurvedic system of medicine, the roots and rhizomes of Yashtimadhu have been employed clinically for centuries for their
anti-inflammatory, anti-ulcer, and anti-microbial activities.
Yashtimadhu contains Glycyrrhetinic acid and Glycyrrhizin carbenoxolone
which have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that contribute
favorably to hepatoprotective effects on the body and protect the
liver. The liver is the body's largest internal organ and is a one of the
most significant and complex organs that is essential to life. From
blood-clotting to carbohydrate and protein metabolism to the storage of
glycogen, there is no artificial organ or device capable of emulating all
the functions of the liver. Yashtimadhu promotes the growth of healthy
cells and protects cells against premature and abnormal aging by protecting
the liver. This provides excellent support for the body's immune system.
●
Tvak - Cinnamomum Verum
(Cinnamon)

Components of Tvak include ethyl cinnamate, eugenol,
cinnamaldehyde, beta-caryophyllene, linalool, and methyl chavicol.
Tvak's compounds can restore healthy levels of glutamine. Glutamine
is the most abundant single amino acid in the blood and in the intracellular
free amino acid pool. Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in muscle tissue.
It comprises 61% of the amino acid pool in skeletal muscle. Glutamine
alone is responsible for 35% of the nitrogen that gets into the muscle cell.
It literally drives muscle building nitrogen into the muscle cell where it
is synthesized for growth. Glutamine levels in the body drop
significantly after training and remain low until complete recovery.
Tvak also possesses anti-proteolysis properties that prevent the breakdown
of muscle tissue.
●
Brihadela
- Amomum Subulatum (Indian Cardamon)

Brihadela contains antioxidants that help prevent
cell damage due to the action of reactive oxygen species that can
lead to cancer-promoting mutations or cell death.
Extracts
of Brihadela also contain
Glutathione, which plays an important role in nutrient metabolism, and regulation of cellular
events including gene expression, DNA and protein synthesis, cell growth,
and immune response. A single free radical can cause damage to
millions of other molecules in your body. This molecular destruction is continually occurring in
your body and leads to eventual improper functioning. Brihadela helps destroy the free radicals that damage cell and
also stimulates the immune system's response to help fight sickness.
●
Pippali - Piper Longum (Long
Pepper)

Pippali is a Rasayana plant appearing in ancient medicinal literature and
reputed in Ayurveda for promoting physical and mental health, improving
defense mechanisms of the body, and enhancing longevity. This herb
yields an alkaloid called Piperine. Piperine is a proven bioenhancer
that increases the availability of nutritional substances. Pippali as a powerful 4:1 ratio
extract stimulates thermogenic response or the release of metabolic heat
energy in the body, causing a noticeable "warming of the muscles" as a
precursor to intense physical activity.
These
ingredients comprise a Proprietary Blend that goes to work directly on the entire
human musculoskeletal and respiratory systems, with positive effects on hormonal levels, blood flow, and
muscular performance.
